How were the hybrid events born?
The world of events has known a lot of turmoil in the last years because of the pandemic and the travelling restrictions imposed. The events industry had to adapt, and the virtual events started to be organized and they became the “new normal” in the two years that followed.
When the crisis ended and it was safe to travel and meet in person, the events were once again organized physically.
But the organizers kept the virtual attendance for it to be better fitted for some of the participants; Indeed, it brought more income and notoriety to their events.
Hybrid events became the new trend.
